Aya is born and raised in Japan. She discovered yoga in 2009. Yoga practice has been supporting her life both good and challenging times. Aya believes Yoga is a balance between flexibility and strength physically and mentally and it also connects our body and mind. Moreover, constant practice connects us to a community.  You will find your calmness and strength in a warm community in her class.
