Lexi is a Registered 250 hour Yoga Teacher. Yoga found Lexi over a decade ago and while the asana practice was what initially made her fall in love, the studentship and internal depth of the practice is what keeps her coming back. Her goal is to facilitate movement that encourages body agency and awareness for her students. Whether teaching a flow or a gentle movement, marrying breath and movement is the foundation of her asana classes to connect to a deeper you.
Lexi is one of Maa Yoga’s Assistant Managers and is actively working behind the scenes to connect local businesses, schools and community centres to gravitate to Maa.
