Erin’s passion for self-inquiry and a reverence for nature is reflected in her practice on and off the mat.
Yoga became a key part of Erin’s life when she was 13 years old, and struggling to manage the stresses of school, home life, and the pressure she felt to perform above and beyond in all her endeavours.
The mat became her safe space to heal and honour how she felt over how she performed.
Creating that same safe space for her students, is at the core of all her classes, no matter the style. Her classes are informed by her ACE personal training certification, her 6 years working as a personal trainer, her 200 hr teacher training, 70 hr Yhot training, and a mentorship with Melissa Donohoe, alongside nearly 10 years of teaching yoga.
Her classes invite the student into a practice of self-inquiry and curiosity, so that they might get to know their body, and themselves, a bit better, every time they come to their mat. Students can expect mindful movements with great detail to form and intention, a nurturing space to honour their body over anything else, and a connection to core, whether it’s through simple breath work or fiery core work, depending on the class style.
Come ready to feel, and receive permission to be exactly as you are.
