The Souledelic Circle is a consciousness expanding sacred space where you will learn about Plant Spirit Medicine and Microdosing, before experiencing a Ceremony of Forest-Cacao Medicine, Breathwork, and magical Sound Immersion.
Our evening begins with teachings and Q&A where you will learn about:

Followed by a blissful guided inward journey that weaves together Forest-Cacao medicine, restorative breathwork, guided somatic attunement, and a full-sensory immersive sound journey of bowls, bells, gong, and medicine songs.
You will return home feeling a renewed sense of connection and direction, embodied peace, and expansiveness.

THE MEDICINES:
FOREST-CACAO (Cacao + Forest microdose) is a powerful, delicious, gentle facilitator for heart opening and soul healing. Full of antioxidants and theobromine to promote blood flow and magnesium to assist in relaxation, be prepared for increased bliss, a clearing of blocked emotions, enhanced connection and energy (without the caffeine buzz).
RAPÉH (pron: hah-pay) A cleansing powder made of dried and powdered Tobacco snuff and other botanicals from the Amazon. As a powerful healing medicine that supports us to open and re-align energy centres, Rapé brings grounding and third eye opening while clearing mental confusion and heavy thoughts to elevate our connection to the Divine.
ABOUT ANGELA
Known as a spontaneous songstress without a flake of flakiness, Angela LittleBird is an Animist Healer, Somatic Counsellor, Psychedelics and Microdosing Educator and Guide, who has been leading transformational gatherings around the world for 25 years.
As the creatress of Sacred Life Animism, a spiritual way of living based in mysticism, healing, and folk medicine, she has supported thousands of people to reconnect with their inner guidance and develop intimate connection with the wisdom of Nature and the Ancestors. Angela has been a guest speaker at the Spirit Plant Medicine Conference at UBC, Simon Fraser University, and the Canadian Society of Addiction Medicine.
Her teachers include: Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Don Martin in Peru, Blackfeet Siksikaitsitapi elders, Betsy Bergstrom, Numa Somatics Breathwork, and musician and sound healer, Jane Winther.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
Maa Yoga & Wellness Studio does not offer refunds for any reason. Credit will only be granted 48 hours before the workshop; no credit will be granted above and beyond this amount of time. We will offer a credit, less a late cancellation fee, on your account that may be used for another workshop or we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest attending a workshop. In situations where there is an injury or illness, refunds may be granted with a valid doctor’s note, and will be handled case by case. Please email us at info@maayoga.com.
If you reserve a spot and don’t show up without cancelling your reservation for the scheduled workshop, you will be charged for the workshop.
If you have an emergency within an hour of your scheduled workshop, then call us at 604-983-6229 to cancel. Please note that this is for emergencies only. A credit will be applied to your account.
