In this non-judgemental space, the circle unfolds in two parts. We begin with a transformative meditation to balance and clear your own energy systems, help you awaken your “clair” senses and create a clear connection to higher consciousnesses. The second part of the circle is all about fun! With no expectations, just curiosity and open minds, we delve into the world of receiving and giving messages.
No experience is required. Being in the energy of a circle and letting your intuition flow freely, you will be amazed as you watch the magic unfold. You are encouraged to bring your own Oracle cards if you have them.

Janet Murray – Energy Healer, Past Life Regression Facilitator, Psychic and Tarot Reader
Being taught to push through, work hard and not think about how I felt (both physically and emotionally) brought me to a crashing halt in my early 40s. At that point, I began taking more time for myself, doing inner healing, and enthusiastically exploring Energy work. Through this journey I realize that I have always been very connected with Energy and that I get great joy helping others in this way.
I am an Energy Healer, Past Life Regression Facilitator and Psychic Tarot Reader. I have always been very connected with Energy. Reiki was a natural fit for me and I have expanded my full Reiki certification into other forms of Energy Healing including knowledge of physical and energetic systems, how to use energy to support the parasympathetic nervous system, restore balance, and help facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal. I have a great passion for this work because I have seen the incredible, positive changes that can occur.
As a Past Life Regression Facilitator, I offer both private and group sessions. Past life regression is a great way to access Soul memories. Our Soul remembers all our experiences as one long journey and does not differentiate this body, this life from others. The information that you gather in these regressions can help you navigate your current life in a positive way. A past life regression also allows for Karmic healing.
Tarot is another wonderful way to connect with Spirit. Sometimes it is hard to understand the help and messages Spirit is trying to convey. As a Psychic and Tarot reader I get great joy from helping people connect with Spirit to find answers, compassion, clarity and direction in this sometimes difficult life.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
Maa Yoga & Wellness Studio does not offer refunds for any reason. Credit will only be granted 48 hours before the workshop; no credit will be granted above and beyond this amount of time. We will offer a credit, less a late cancellation fee, on your account that may be used for another workshop or we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest attending a workshop. In situations where there is an injury or illness, refunds may be granted with a valid doctor’s note, and will be handled case by case. Please email us at info@maayoga.com.
If you reserve a spot and don’t show up without cancelling your reservation for the scheduled workshop, you will be charged for the workshop.
If you have an emergency within an hour of your scheduled workshop, then call us at 604-983-6229 to cancel. Please note that this is for emergencies only. A credit will be applied to your account.
